Video of Raveena Tandon saying ‘Don’t hit me’ goes viral as she gets attacked by a mob following accusations of rash driving

Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon has found herself in big trouble. It is stated that Raveena was in a car being driven by her driver. The driver apparently hit three women as he was rashly driving. The incident took place near Rizvi College on Carter Road, Bandra on Saturday night. Post the accident, a huge crowd gathered and attacked Raveena and her driver. A video has been circulating which shows how the crowd was in anger as instead of being apologetic and providing medical assistance, the driver assaulted the three women. Check out the video below. Video of Raveena Tandon being attacked by a mob goes viral

A man named Mohammed said that his mother, niece, and sister were coming from a relative’s home when Raveena Tandon‘s driver hit his mother with the car. The driver, after the accident, came out and instead of being apologetic, started assaulting his niece. He further states that after a few minutes, Raveena, who was under the influence of alcohol, came out of the car and also started assaulting his mother, sister, and niece, due to which his mother started bleeding. The complainant said that he is at Khar police station, but the officials are not lodging an FIR. He also mentioned how they are being pressured for a settlement outside of the police station. In the below video, you can also see how the mob is shouting at Raveena for protecting her driver despite being at fault. Raveena is requesting the crowd to calm down and not to hit anyone, but instead, she is being pushed and shouted at. Check out the video below.

Police officials are now looking into the matter. As of now, neither Raveena nor her team has issued any official statement about the said incident. As per a report in Mid-Day, the police officials are currently investigating the matter and will soon release an official statement.
