Khloé Kardashian is currently on the mend after sustaining an injury that disrupted her workout routine for a few months.

The 39-year-old reality star disclosed the incident via Instagram, explaining it occurred “two months” ago, hindering her ability to exercise as she prefers.

“I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months,” Kardashian wrote on June 2. “Working my way back little by little … a few more weeks and I’ll be there.” She emphasized her commitment to returning to her fitness regime, adding, “I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready.”
