The San Antonio Spurs have selected University of Kentucky guard Rob Dillingham — but not for themselves. This is the first mid-draft trade on Wednesday night. Before the draft, the Portland Trail Blazers and Washington Wizards agreed on a multi-player, multi-pick trade.
