Delhi’s Court Reserves Order On Manish Sisodia’s Regular Bail Plea, To Pronounce Verdict On April 30

The Rouse Avenue court in Delhi has reserved its order on bail pleas moved by former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia seeking regular bail in CBI and ED cases related to the Delhi Excise policy case. The court will pronounce its order on April 30.

The Central Bureau of Investigation had opposed Sisodia’s bail plea saying he should not be granted bail as he was termed mastermind in this case.

He had moved an interim bail plea for the election campaign but withdrew it later.
