Canadian rapper Drake may need to start looking to ramp up his security as two trespassing incidents took place at the superstar’s home this week, just days after a drive-by shooting.
Police responded to Drake’s mansion around 3:30 p.m. Thursday for reports of a trespasser on the property, which is in the ritzy Bridle Path neighborhood in Toronto.
“The trespasser got into an altercation with a security guard,” Shannon Eames, media relations officer for the Toronto Police, told Newsweek.
The trespasser went to the hospital. No charges have been made at this time, according to Eames.

On Wednesday, the Toronto Police Department received another call to Drake’s property. This time was for an attempted break-in, Eames said.
“Police attended and apprehended an individual under the Mental Health Act for evaluation,” Eames said.
The Mental Health Act regulates the involuntary admission of a person into a psychiatric hospital. Physicians may hold them up to 72 hours, according to the Act.
No charges have been filed against that trespassing attempt either.
The trespassing incidents come just days after a drive-by shooting outside of the rapper’s property that left one of his security guards with “serious injuries.”
The shooting took place around 2:10 a.m. Tuesday, Toronto police posted on social media.
Officers found a man, who was later confirmed to be Drake’s security guard, near the corner of Bayview and Lawrence avenues. He was taken to the hospital.
Police said Tuesday the suspect fled in a vehicle. The department did not release a description of the alleged shooter or the car.
The Toronto Police said on Friday they do not have an update on the shooting at this time.
Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, has been silent on social media since the shooting. The Canadian rapper often posts about his 50,000-square-foot mansion online. He has also rapped about living in the wealthy neighborhood in multiple songs.

Drake has been in headlines recently for his feud with rapper Kendrick Lamar, as both keep releasing diss tracks about the other, throwing both insults and allegations at each other.
As of Thursday, five of the nine diss tracks between Lamar and Drake have made it to Apple Music’s top 15 charts.
