The illegal Indian migrants deported from the United States reached Amritsar airport on Wednesday. The deported individuals include 25 women, 12 minors, and 79 men.

In addition to the deported Indian nationals, the aircraft will have 11 crew members and 45 US officials onboard. Besides Punjab, the deported individuals are from Haryana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Among the deportees, 38 are from Gujarat, while 90 belong to Punjab and 56 are from Haryana, as per official sources.
