Ajit Doval’s tenure as National Security Advisor has been extended, and PK Mishra will continue as Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. With this reappointment, both Doval and Mishra, who are retired bureaucrats, have become the longest-serving advisors to the Prime Minister.
