Ed Sheeran’s Chennai concert set for special AR Rahman performance; fans say ‘Any song is…’

As part of his six-city Indian tour, Ed Sheeran will be performing live in Chennai tonight. Ed Sheeran’s tour had started in Pune last week. As reported by NDTV, music icon AR Rahman will surprise his fans in Chennai with a special collaboration performance along with Ed Sheeran. Ahead of the much-anticipated concert, Ed Sheeran met AR Rahman and his son, AR Ameen. Both took to their Instagram handles to share a joint post that featured a pleasing photo of the them together. In the first photo, Ed Sheeran can be seen with AR Ameen and AR Rahman. In the second photo, Ed Sheeran captures Rahman on his camera as he plays the console. The comments section was flooded with an outpouring of love from his ardent fans.

Ed Sheeran’s six-city tour will cover Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Shillong, and Delhi. His last stop was in Hyderabad on February 2 at Ramoji Film City.
