MP Quazi’s Appeal To Muslims On Holi Celebrations In Ratlam

Madhya Pradesh Quazi Maulana Syed Ahmed Ali made a special appeal to Muslims on Thursday and said that if by chance you are splashed with colour by a Hindu brother, don’t take offence, but smile and display the character of patience and kindness and also move forward. He further mentioned that even if someone deliberately throws colour, remember a famous incident by the Prophet when he used to pass through the streets of Madinah, and an old woman used to throw dirty garbage at him.

When the Prophet’s faith was not harmed by the dirty garbage and he did not take offence, as his follower, you too should show patience and the character of kindness and move forward, he added.

The Qazi from Ratlam also said to do more prayers and fill the mosques with worship, considering the blessed month of Ramadan. He also urged avoiding any kind of discord and urged the Muslim community to maintain peace and the tradition of brotherhood in the city.
