Pushpa 2: The Rule is going to release in less than a week from now. Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna are touring all over the country promoting the film. Their social media accounts are filled with post dedicated to the film. It is one of the most anticipated movies and fans are hoping that it will be bigger and better than its first part. Pushpa 2 is directed by Sukumar and it has been in the making for five years. Much to the delight of the makers, it has also received a green chit from Censor Board. But not without a few cuts and changes.
Pushpa 2 comes under CBFC scanner
As per a report in entertainment news site Bollywood Hungama, Pushpa 2: The Rule has received a U/A certificate from Censor Board. However, some changes have been made. The Censor Board asked the makers to remove the word ‘r***i’ from three places. Words like Denguddi and Venkateshwar have also been removed. Extremely violent scenes in the film has also been chopped off from the movie. One of the scenes that show an amputated leg flying has been asked to remove. A scene with Allu Arjun holding a severed arm of a man has also been altered. With all of these changes, CBFC granted Pushpa 2: The Rule a U/A certificate. The film is said to be 3 hour 15 mins long.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is going to release on December 5. It is a pan India movie and is going to release in multiple languages. It is going to release in as many as six languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Bengali. Fans of Allu Arjun starrer up North are as excited for the film as fans in the South. He has truly become an icon and so has his character Pushpa Raj. Rashmika Mandanna plays the role of Srivalli. In the first part, we see that Pushpa and Srivalli get married. But not before Pushpa calling for a war with cop SP Banwar Singh played by Fahadh Faasil. The rivalry between Pushpa and SP Banwar will be the crux of the second instalment.
