Shubman Gill Fraud Case: Indian Cricket Team superstar Shubman Gill stands at risk of being arrested in a ‘Chit Fund Scam’. The ace batter, along with 3 other Gujarat Titans players, received summons from the Gujarat CID, in a Rs 450-crore scam. The four cricketers involved in the latest scam are Shubman Gill, Mohit Sharma, Rahul Tewatia, and Sai Sudharshan.
How Are These Cricketers Involved In The Scam?
As per the reports, when officials got hold off Bhupendra Singh Jhala (the mastermind of investment fraud), he gave the names of these four cricketers, stating that he did not return the money invested by the afore-mentioned Gujarat Titans players.
