The Detroit Lions are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and they are currently sitting at an 11-1 record. Though the Lions have a solid roster on both sides of the ball, the team is bolstering its secondary in a big way.

Former Seattle Seahawks Pro Bowl safety Jamal Adams is set to sign with the Lions practice squad, and will likely be elevated soon.

Adams has apparently been targeting a playoff contender in his NFL return, and he has now been granted that by joining the Lions.
